End Westboro Baptisist Church's protests at funerals on the grounds of unconstitutional use of "Free Speech"

Westboro Baptist Church has been protesting at funerals for years and have been allowed to do so under the protection of the right of free speech, however, this is unconstitutional per the exceptions of "time, place, and manner" as well as "words or circumstances that would induce a riot or an angry mob to injure someone" and even "disturbing the peace." It is time for this to end. They have crossed the line far too many times and it is time to put a stop to it.
