We want and end to this terrible program and it's budget. Funneling US taxpayer dollars to train Latin American dictators to kill, brutalize, torture and wrongly imprison innocent citizens (including priests and peace workers) under the guise of stabilizing their countries is wrong, a gross human rights violation, and harms the US reputation abroad. It's just that simple. Mr. President, we strongly urge you to use your powers of Executive Order to end this travesty of justice once and for all. It is bad enough that these things should go on, but for them to be funded by US citizens is unconscionable and unforgivable. Please act now to save innocent lives!
