The White-Gold Concordat is what the US did to end the great war against the elves. The concordat gave up so much territory to the elves, it is not even funny. The concordat also ended the worship of Talos. This is a democracy, not a dictatorship. I am tired of getting bossed around by some tall wierd long-eared golden skinned freak that dresses up as a goth. This must end now, for example Hammerfell did not agree to the concordat and they won. We have the most advanced military in the world that could easily crush these elves and send them to Oblivion.
