End the AT WILL employment. A Doctor's note should be taken into consideration. It shouldn't be thrown out.

Created by J.J. on January 21, 2013

When 48 of the 50 state's employers can legally fire someone with a doctor's note how does that help the people? How does it help the economy?? How does it CHANGE the way we do business??? I work in a manufacturing facility in Bloomsburg, PA. Supposedly protected by the Steel workers union. I will get an unexcused absence If - I get sick to the point of an emergency room visit, get a Dr note, and give the note to my employer. How does that work ethically? It doesn't.
When rules like these are allowed to hinder our fragile economy, it only helps the 'Beautiful People'. So once the weaklings are weeded out and there are none left what next? If I'm right and this is what I believe. NO ONE will SIGN THIS. NO ONE CARES and I need to find a way to move to another country with a heart.
