Employers should not be able to fire qualified good employees due to personal reasons or beliefs about the employee. Employers are getting away with this by labeling the employees termination as "misconduct" when there is no legitimate reason for the termination in the first place. At will employment would be a good idea if human resource managers were not able to manipulate the current laws to hurt hard working Americans trying to support their families.
