"At Will" employment is unfair to the common worker. This system allows employers to unfairly terminate an employee without giving them due reason. Once they are terminated they have no leg to stand on in the court system. It is oppression at it's core, there are guidelines they have to follow with vague descriptions as to what constitutes wrongful termination. It is part of the problem with the struggling economy, how can the average person get ahead when they can lose thier job at the drop of a dime and can do nothing about it.
