End workplace authoritarianism. Create worker owned businesses with a Democratic form of Government.

The way of conducting business in modern society is outdated and antiquated. The United States gained independence from the British monarch; however, the structure of management in American business today equates to monarchism, authoritarianism, and dictatorship. Highly qualified individuals from all walks of life find themselves subject to the scrutiny of an authoritarian voice at the workplace, with no right to speak about how operations of the workplace transpire. We the people propose a new model of conducting business in America. This model will incorporate two great American ideals in the way the workplace is managed in society: Democracy and Capitalism. In order to form a more perfect workplace; we propose the funding of worker owned businesses based on a Democratic Government.
