End Workplace Slavery

Created by J.A. on November 25, 2015

In america there is no number of maximum hours a person can be made to work if they are exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act. One of the major impediments to job creation is the massive amount of overtime that is regularly required by major corporations of their professional slave forces.

Mandating a maximum number of hours at 10 hours per day, 7 days per week would allow these individuals the time to take care of their health and to not die at their desk as happened in the past at the Zaibatsu of Japan.

This is also an immigration issue as persons here on restrictive visas can not simply find a better job ass they are tied to the company that helped them to get the visa.

Please change the FSLA to have a maximum number of hours that any employee can be forced to work.
