End "zero tolerance" policies in elementary schools to prevent children from missing education for trivial violations.

Created by K.S. on March 12, 2013

Prevent forced suspension/expulsion by school administration and handle each instance on a case by case basis.

Multiple instances have occurred where children are suspended for drawing sensitive issues/items into pictures or other creative outlets.

A 7 year old was suspended for biting a Pop Tart into a gun shape, is just ridiculous.

End wasting time and valuable education to "punish" a child by denying them uninterrupted education.
