ENDA and its power to end discrimination

ENDA is a act that can protect against workplace discrimination on a basis of sexual orientation and gender identity. ENDA was introduced in the 113th Congress in the House of Representatives and then it went to the senate were it was approved November 7, 2013. It is accentual to uphold the countries belief of freedom and equality, but that cannot be done If specific groups of people are being denied that equality and are being discriminated against.
