The Government as an entity, has evaded much criticism and reform due to its ability to filter, censor, and classify information, which consequently disenfranchises many if not all of its constituents. As does the Government, we the People need to be informed and not propagated, so that we may form an educated opinion with the facilities to make a conscionable choice. Transparency in all branches, bureaus, agencies, offices, and positions should be observed by all elect as well as required. With transparency should come efficiency through regulation motivated either by the enlightened populous or the candid official.
