Ending Prohibition of Marijuana Sales by State Vote.

Created by R.C. on February 06, 2013

The prohibition on Marijuana has been far to expensive and not effective. It is now time to put it into the States hands. The capital raised would be beneficial to each State, if decided to legalize cannabis by that State. The sale of Marijuana in the United States in 2012 was above 120 billion and that is conservative number. If you go to the (Alcohol and Tobacco tax and trade Bureau) website, you can see the tax earnings are roughly 24 billion, with an operating cost of 100 million. We can do better and infuse the economy with additional Billions. The time for change is now, stopping the imprisonment of people over the age of 21 for possession of Marijuana. Each State will be required to create driving laws within the Marijuana bill prior to it being put onto ballot to read more vote.
