In a world of reason, three minus two will always equal one. Many of us spend years in the practice and continuing education of sophisticated algorithmic, interpretations, and analysis of mathematic principals; however, if you took two toys away from a toddler and only gave them one back; that toddler would certainly know the difference.
I petition that an amendment to the constitution be incorporated that any budget that the US government passes for one fiscal year be equal to income that the US government received in the prior year.
Unfortunately, we live in a society where motivation takes the form of penance, and my recommendation is simple on that behalf
