To provide the strongest possible environment for our children and set a standard for the rest of the world to see that “we” place our children and families first. For all family law cases where the separation of the child(ren) from both parents becomes an issue. Children need both parents on a continuing basis, and thrive when this environment is provided. The principles of shared parenting be applied in all cases. Each parent be allowed a continuing full time role in their child’s life. That all matters involving the preservation of the parent / child relationship be given first priority. The Courts fully recognize “parental rights” and protect these rights from violation and Infringement. That HHS restructures and organize the OCSE into the Family First Assistance Office to this end
