Many nations in the developed world have created systems of proportional representation for government. Proportional representation allows for a mutli-party system in which no one party usually has majority control over government. This forces parties to work together and make deals based on coalition leadership. For this petition, we want the president to endorse and support the reform of Congress to be elected using voting methods conducive to multi-party systems, such as party-list, mixed-member, additional member, or single transferable vote.
