The human rights situation in Russian Federation had come to a miserable dead end when the Russian government issued an outrageous anti-children law project in response to the "Magnitsky Act". The project itself is the last straw in a long line of human rights and constitutional violations which effectively eliminate Russia from the "democratic league".
In order to make its position on dictatorship and human rights abuse clear, not only should the USA boycott the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014, but also encourage other countries to act the same way. Such action would be a great way to show the ones responsible that their crimes against humanity will not go unnoticed.
P.S. I am Russian, and i'd rather have no Olympics, than tolerate my government's actions.
