A Change.org petition https://www.change.org/p/electoral-college-electors-electoral-college-ma... has now reached over 1.2m signatures . It requests: on 12/19, the Electoral College will cast their ballots. If they vote the way their states voted, Donald Trump will win. However, if they choose, they can vote for Sect. Clinton, even in states where it is not allowed, but that vote would still be counted. It is legal, they can be fined, but they CAN make this change if they want to. We are asking The White House to comment on this petition!
