I would like to petition the President to endorse legislative action in the U.S. Congress to illegalize cuteness in pugs, to be punishable as a federal offense with criminal penalties to be enumerated accordingly, within the confines of the 8th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, WHEREAS the cuteness of said pugs presents an imminent threat to the General Welfare of the people of these United States.
