endorse a Constitutional Convention of the several states in accordance with Article 5

We, the People, hereby petition the United States Congress to authorize and call for a Constitutional Convention, as stated in Article 5 of the US Constitution in order to repeal Article II, section 1, paragraphs 2-4 regarding the Electoral College and replace said paragraphs with a majority vote of the general population, regardless of state size; to remove "personhood" from corporations to reestablish equality regarding the First Amendment right to petition government for a redress of grievances as well as re-establish a equal right of Free Speech; and, to allow states who wish to secede a right to voluntarily and peacefully exit the United States to form their own union or country as well as a method to peacefully allow states to be readmitted, should they so choose.
