For the president to endorse the partition of the State of Florida into two states, North Florida and South Florida. Currently the state government is only serving the interests of the Northern Constituents. The new state would take on the share of debts that have occurred based on a the source of debts or by percentage of based on population for non-point-source spending. The state border will be along the northern boundaries of Pinellas, Hillsborough, Polk, Orange, and Brevard Counties. The new capital will be selected by the people of the newly formed state.
