The signers of this petition agree that the prevailing 2,979 "Pigford" farm operators in Georgia are prima facie evidence of the resilient power of American religious liberty. We herein, petition the President to issue an executive order to 1). Loan prevailing Pigford farmers injunctive relief and technical assistance provided in April 14, 1999 decree. 2). Transfer management of Pigford III loan accounts to private trust account management. 3). Create Executive Office management of reporting to monitor executive order loan implementation. 4). Customize administrative loan interfaces between Pigford farm operators, monitors, and loan/trust managers. Presidential leadership is to project transformation of the final barrier to personal dietary practices required to drive prevention.
