In the year of Our Lord 1787, delegates from the States met and formed a constitution. However, this Constitution is old and out dated and is fundamentally elitist. Therefore, in order to introduce democracy and to limit governmental interference to our civil liberties in the future, we the people urge a Second Constitutional Convention to modernize the government of the United States.
