The way congress both in the house and the senate is highly undemocratic and restrictive to parties besides the the major two.
The house is easily gerrymandered and the senate makes it so that a vote in Wyoming is worth more than a vote in Texas.
We need a new system that allows for a wide variety of political parties and actually reflects the will of the people.
While we acknowledge that the president would not be able to change the system by himself, his endorsement would be incredibly valuable in starting a national discussion on the issue.
