Matt Smith is departing the BBC show "Doctor Who" during a Christmas special at the end of this year, and with it his role as the Eleventh Doctor. It is of our belief that enough American fanatics of the television series would support Rupert Grint as a contestant for the Eleventh Doctor to call for an endorsement on the part of the Obama administration in his selection for the role.
