Endorse the states to conduct a Constitutional Convention. State legislators should convene in order to save the union.

A Constitutional Convention is needed in order to ensure the rights of the people, diminish the overbearing tax rates crippling small business, and to enable the rights guaranteed by the tenth amendment, due to the willingness of the federal government to use factoids of the constitution like the general welfare clause and the commerce clause to enact vicious unconstitutional legislation against the states of the union. Secession of the states will fail in the same way the individual states failed during the time before the constitution formed the federal government. The union needs to be saved and the federal government is allowing the problem to be pushed off to the side for political purposes, it is time to endorse the state legislators to start the Constitutional Convention process.
