Energy Saving for Schools

Created by D.C. on December 10, 2014

In order to save energy during school you can turn off the lights when you leave a classroom or if there is sunlight shining in the classroom, have the lights off.

For cooling systems, have the door close from preventing cool or warm air from escaping. Or in the winter have the thermostat to 18°C–20°C and in the summer set it to 24°C–27°C.

Also have the computers, printers, anything that is on and suck the energy, turn it off if not in use.

It will save schools thousands of dollars and that money can go towards the school and it's funds.
