The 2nd amendment states," A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Anyone who owns a firearm, shall be required to be part of "A well regulated militia." Shall be required to participate one weekend a month at a military or reservist facilities, on the fundamental principals on militia basic training. Those who do not, will not or can not pass the basic requirement for militia training will not be allowed to own a firearm as required by the 2nd amendment.
