Create a 100% tax on all types of vanity cosmetic surgery. Persons who are having plastic surgery for medical reasons or due to illness or injury may opt out. However, all of the rich, vain celebrity and politician freaks must pay 100% on any and everything they have done including botox. People who have this done just for fun can afford it. Some have it so frequently such as Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer that this will raise plenty of funds in order to offset the deficit.
