In recent years there has been a growing trend of armed rebels, sometimes calling themselves "militia", fomenting insurrection and rebellion against the United States of America - most notably ranchers involved in land disputes with the federal government. Federal law has several sections dealing with this behavior, outlined in 18 USC:

18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection
18 U.S. Code § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy
18 U.S. Code § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government
18 U.S. Code § 2389 - Recruiting for service against United States
We call on President Obama, and the US Justice Department, to enforce the law and prosecute these heinous crimes.
