Enforce 2016 Presidential Election Electoral Vote Results Appointing Donald J Trump as the 45th President of the U.S.A.

We the People of this Republic made our statement to appoint Donald J. Trump as our 45th President of the U.S. of America loud and clear and find it necessary to create a new administrative policy. In light of current GOP's lawlessness and utter disregard for our Constitution this policy mandate and enforce that Obama vacate the Oval Office and the seat of the Presidency without incident upon President Elect Trump's Inauguration. It also mandates Lawmakers to observe and carry out the People's decision to enforce the results of the Electoral College as voted on November 8th, 2016 that resulted in the election of Donald J. Trump as our choice for the 45th President of the U.S. of America. This Administrative Policy is to be made legal and binding, stop wasting taxpayer funds on recounts.
