Enforce the 2nd Amendment: Mandate the Militia

Protect the 2nd Amendment’s Right to Bear Arms, strengthen the nation’s defense, reduce the national deficit, and build the nation’s sense of pride, by mandating that all men and women, 21 years of age and older, own at least one firearm, register and be active in a bone fide State Militia to provide defense, emergency law enforcement, or paramilitary service, in times of emergency without being paid a regular salary or committed to a fixed term of service.
