The first words of the 2nd Amendment are, "A well-regulated militia...". We don't consider the gun owners of America to be a well-regulated militia. If you have to own a gun, you have that right, but you must give up one weekend a month and two weeks every year to train to become a well-regulated militia. Then, if a President wants to start a war, we will have the people to send. And they will bring their own weapons and ammo.
