The 2nd Amendment:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Require all gun owners to declare their allegiance to the USA and act to protect all citizens NOT JUST FOR SELF DEFENSE. Failure to do so would be a criminal offense.
The current liberal interpretation of the 2nd Amendment is inconsistent with the wording of the amendment.
