enforce the 4th amendment and 6th amendment on cps and the department of social services for violating our human rights

habeas corpus and the emergency return of child!!!!!!!!! also title 42 u.s.c., section 14141 - pattern and practice , also title 18, u.s.c., section 242 - deprivaton of rights under color of law and title, u.s.c., section 241 - conspiracy against rights. and return the children that cps kidnapped and abducted due to the 4th admendment and 6th amedment which they violated the supreme law of the land of the united states of america republic and federal statues.
