"In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law."
From frivolous lawsuits ruled in favor by politically motivated judges to the super massive institutions, businesses, governments, etc. settling and hearing civil lawsuits in front of lone judges or panels of judges this should be a no brainer. Either provide avenues to enforce the 7th amendment in "any court of the United States" or repeal and replace with a stronger equivalent. These cases should not be left up to judges alone no matter the condition of the plaintiff or defendant
