Enforce accountability of politicians at the state level who willfully break Federal Regulations to promote an agenda

Public Broadcasting in Alabama is under attack by Religious Right Tea Party affiliated Republican members of the Governor appointed Alabama Educational Television Commission - the governing body of Alabama Public Television, the state's only PBS network - and the nations FIRST educational broadcaster since 1955. The Station Director was fired for not sucumbing to pressure by two Commission members to air a right wing religious propaganda program which would have cost the station it's FCC license, thereby closing it down.
