We the people who are residents of Orange County, California are asking our Congress & the President to enforce actions for relocation of Andy Rodriguez. The following locations have been brought up as the most promising for permanent residence for Mr. Rodriguez- Iran, North Korea, Sudanese Desert, and at the very least the bad lands of East Riverside. Perhaps even a small flotation device that can be dropped in the oceanic waters between Antarctica and South America. We strongly urge congress to bring this petition up for signing into an official bill. We feel strongly that that such a bill would overwhelmingly pass with strong support behind both parties.
