Enforce that all court ordered child support be paid or punishment under full extent of the law.

Non payment of child support is against the law, however its is a law that is rarely enforced. Non payment of child support IS, in actuallity, child neglect. Non payment of child support is fast becoming an epidemic that is also a cause to the severe strain on our economy. Custodial parents not receiving their court order child support are left with little to no options to support their children, most often turning to the welfare system for financial and health insurance needs. Taxpayers are now being held responsible while those who do not pay their child support go unpunished. They are not held responsible. This is a serious issue and they need to be held accountable under the full extent of the law that is actually carries through.
