Federal money used on infrastructure needs should be closely supervised that all purchases are for American goods only with no exceptions. American money should buy American goods; there are many American companies that sell foreign goods labelled as made in the U.S.A. or are assembled with foreign components and/or materials.
Examples: A government building waving an American flag made from China.
A Police officer riding a Gold Wing or a Chinese Harley Davidson.
Rail Road expansion in Downtown Houston, Texas using foreign steel and goods.
