Inappropriate content in Internet is easier and easier than ever for our children to reach than ever. It involve a lot of Technic and time/energy for parents to fight against children to block the content against their children. The Internet service provider should provide such service free of charge upon request. It protect our kids and has no issue of freedom because it is upon request.
