Enforce all Public Schools in the United States to Teach a Firearm Safety Course by a Certified Instructor.

We the People would highly recommend the signing of legislation that would require all public schools to teach a firearms safety course by a certified instructor. In order to reduce accidental firearm fatalities in America and further instruct students about the proper handling and safety of firearms in any situation that may arise. We would like all public schools to teach a firearms safety course to each student by the time they complete the 8th grade in order to promote proper firearm safety and handling in any environment. The firearm safety course may be taught by any of the following: City's Police Chief, a Game Fish and Parks officer, or a Certified NRA instructor. We the People urge Congress to introduce any similar bill to teach our children proper firearm handling and safety.
