Only .GOV domains will be affected by this proposed amendment but is not limited to only the above that is listed. Limitations will be set by appropriate parties based upon the estimated monthly increase in nationwide traffic that this would cost.
.GOV domains belong only to government entity representatives; thus, all .GOV hosted websites are indeed paid for and managed by taxpayers.
All forms of media whether it be written, audio, video or image will be available free of charge to any resident within the borders of the U.S. whom has at their disposal an internet ready device that is able to connect to an ISP network.
ISP providers will be enforced to install software to open ports so that the public has access to .GOV domains as well as premium ISP subscribers will not be charged.
