a) A felony to possess ammunition magazine larger than 15 rounds (Nationwide BAN outside of Military and Law Enforcement)
4) Semi Automatic Assault Weapons for Law enforcement only
5) Automatic Assault Weapons for Military use only.
6) Gun User registry a separate registry than Owners.
7) 2 year investigation of any federally permitted gun dealer. NO GRANDFATHERING
