Enforce the Antitrust Acts By Dissolving Obvious Anti-Competitive Cartels & Monopolies like Comcast

Created by R.S. on August 13, 2014

It is understood that large cartels and monopolies hinder and/or completely remove all aspects of competition from a certain industry.

Per the Sherman Act, the Clayton Act & the FTC Act, companies so large that they limit trade and competition are illegal, and many Presidents at the turn of the 20th Century even campaigned on the promise of trustbusting large cartels that existed solely because of the high cost of entry into their respective fields.

On the Centenary of the FTC and Clayton Acts, we're once again met with huge monopolies and cartels that thrive due to the high cost of entry, only this time they are in the telecom industry.

We urge President Obama to perform his civic duty and enforce the law by dissolving Comcast and their fellow telecom cartel buddies TWC and AT&T
