Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan is receiving preferential and unjustified treatment and we wish the following to be addressed.
1. per ARMY rules Hasan MUST shave his beard.
2. An immediate court martial should proceed and his pay and rank stripped
3. He should be classified as a TERRORIST, to call this a workplace shooting is a joke and slap in the face to all the victims who heard this man shout "Allah AKbar" before killing them to by his own words "protect the Taliban"
4. If there are no specific threats against Mr Nasan he should be placed into General population with no further security at taxpayer expense.
