Enforce Article II of the Bill of Rights, as described by the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

We respectfully petition the President, as head of the Executive Branch of the government of the United States of America to cease efforts to obtain passage of legislation which contravenes the clear intent of Congress and the several state legislatures which ratified the Bill of Rights. Article II of the Bill of Rights, also known as the Second Amendment to the Constitution, guarantees that the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The legislation sought by the President to limit availability of some firearms or firearm accessories are clear infringements of that right. Please stop this illegal attempt to infringe the right of the People to keep and bear arms.
