Enforce an audit system for the handwriting of medical workers to ensure that it is legible and prevent medical errors.

Created by S.R. on February 17, 2015

More than 7,000 people are killed each year because of errors caused by the messy handwriting of doctors. Enforcing a system that audits the legibility of medical professionals' handwriting could save these lives. If a healthcare worker's handwriting is deemed illegible and can potentially cause a fatal medical error, the worker should be fined or punished in some way. Sloppy handwriting should not be the cause of anyone's suffering or death, so let's eliminate it together!
