Enforce the banking industry to modify lived in homes and payback the tax payers who bailed them out

Enforce the banking industry to give real mortgage modifications for those whom actually live in the properties. Not just for people whom have at least 6 months on time payments but for all underwater homes ,first time home buyers,adjustable rates mortgages, or enforce REAL and permanent home loan modifications . Beacause they are definitely not doing this
