Enforce a child support agreement with Mexico, leaving no child behind.

Men and woman and children through out the United States are enduring many hardships from not being able to obtain child support from the absent parent who for various reasons have left the Country for Mexico leaving behind their obligations, and agreements to pay child support. It is high time to end this pattern and fight for our rights as parents to obtain the support as all other parents do residing within our nations borders. Many countries much further away have taken responsibility to stand up for the right of parents so why can't we work something out with our neighboring Country where the problem is becoming more serious with every passing day. By implementing an agreement will not only help abandoned children, it will boost our economy one family at a time. We need to ACT NOW!
