Enforce the collection by the IRS of unpaid taxes from under- reporting to noncompliance curbing budget shortfalls.

Created by E.U. on February 17, 2012

Tax reform assistance by merely enforcing laws that already stand. $2.7 Trillion dollars in unpaid taxes in 2006 would redefine the United States budget. New laws need to be implemented to address dual citizenship tax sheltering as well as sheltering in offshore accounts.
Currently we have tax codes that address under-reporting and unpaid taxes and it is time to enforce these laws to diminish our deficit and add strength to our nations economy.
This is not a request to raise taxes. This is a request for enforcement of collection of owed taxes under existing U.S. laws. It is a criminal violation of U.S. law to knowingly evade tax payment. It is the obligation of the IRS to collect those taxes.
